RENTAL12 Begins Renovation of Via Delle Terme 18 in Olbia for 3 New AZULIS Residences

Olbia, Sardinia - RENTAL12 has officially started the full renovation of Via Delle Terme 18. This landmark project will turn the building into three high-end one-bedroom apartments under the AZULIS brand.

RENTAL12's signature style of combining fine architecture, modern design, and Sardinian character is used in this project. It is expected that construction will take about 10 months and be done by June 1, 2026.

When they're done, the apartments will be fully furnished, decorated, and ready for high-end vacation rentals. This will add to AZULIS's collection of high-end places to stay in the centre of Olbia.
